Note: I have chosen to not publish the locations of "underground" churches for obvious reasons. Instead of listing them by their ICOC designations or World Sector affiliation, I have simply described them in order of founding as Underground 01, Underground 02, etc. In any case, membership of all underground churches never exceeds 1.2% of total church membership for any year from 1999-2002.
